220hp is very realistic; just not out of a couple bolt-ons. Start with the basic i/h/e setup and then decide where you want to go from there. You should be able to hit mid 14's with bolt ons though. Good luck and do alot of searching.
Cams: Look into JUN 3 cams, Skunk 2s, ETC. ( many brands out that are making competitve cams, look up the duration and lift for your setup, research)
Bottom end: Getting it releeved with a 11:5 to 12:1 comp will put you in the right spot to work with most they cams offered right now for the h22. Or if your trying to be more cost effective, running the Type- S 11:1 Comp pistons with rods would be decent also as long as you get the .25 oversized versions.
Head: Head work is probably one of the most points in making a powerful NA setup. Look up the best headporters like Alaniz, RLZ, and others. Search for these also.
Header: This also is one of the most important parts of a good NA setup as with out a good header your car wont make the expected numbers your looking for when going all out. Look for custom made headers like SMSPs header, Hytech, Prospeed/AN-R, and also DTR is coming out with a header for h22s which i would imagine wouldnt be all that bad.
Exhaust system: Make sure it matches the size of the collector on the header, most are 2.5 inches so you would be looking at a custom exhaust setup.
And last but not least, what to use for engine management.
1.Hondata- is the cheapest and most cost effective IMO as theres alot of knowledgable tuners everywhere across the US and getting it to work is cake.
2. AEM EMS- Same could be said about this EMS but its a little more expensive

I believe you can get 220WHP w/o having to spend money on building a block.
Get some good head porting w/ someone like R&D, Alaniz, or Portflow and weld the combustion chambers to increase compression.
Upgrade your valvetrain, and run JUN3 or Skunk2 Stage II Cams.
Leave your block stock (good ol' realiable stock block unless you over rev it too much).
Run a Skunk2 IM, Euro R IM, or JG IM w/ the appropriate throttle body along with a Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket. Don't forget to port match it with the head!
Run a SMSP, Hytech, Prospeed, or Modified DC Sports Header, w/ a 2.5" Exhaust System.
This way, you have a very streetable close to 11.0:1 Compression Motor running Aftermarket Camshafts, and bolt-ons that allow the thing to breathe.
Hondata! TUNE TUNE TUNE!
