What's your definition of better?
I know the DC sports 4-2-1 helps mid/top end.
and IIRC, the JDM type S helps with low end.
Quality wise, the DC sports sucks, depending on CC or SS.

The down side to the DC is the collector. I made 181whp with a DC 421 CC Header, im currently in the process of modifying it to a 2.5" collector. Alot of people get better results with it modified. Maybe ill gain an extra 3-4whp.
