will a 2002 honda accord engine fit in a 97 accord engine cavity????

if you have to ask something like that, something tells me that the actual swap would be way over your head.

dont bother, get an h22, h23, or dohc f22b.

No, the 2002's aren't DOHC VTEC engines. Neither the I-4 or the V-6. Unless you were talking about the H22..
