i have a integra 2000 ls and want more power
more low end power

they say a header will work.
is it noticable?
i have a aem cai with a greddy catback exhaust with a honed out catalytic converter.
my car is fairly loud and will putting a header on make it really much louder?
who makes the best header for my car.
also what do you guys think about putting cams in my car.
is it worth it for the money
some day i would like to put a turbo in
but for now i would like to put the best bolt ons i can get which will be the most noticable.
so im open to your opinions.
