Default Recommendation for Moderate B18C5 Build?

Budget is about $5000. Looking for moderate NA build on the motor while still achieving day to day driveability. I'm picking the car up stock, so recommendations for anything and everything is much appreciated.

If you have 5k to spend this is what i'd suggest. Stage 2 Port and Polished head. Skunk2 Stage2 Cam's with complete vavletrain. AEM EMS, i/h/e. There's more you can do. But that would be a nice setup.
