i have a ek and just did a obd2 gsr swap. my engine check light goes on. when i jump it back to obd1, the check light goes off. does anyone know what's the reason for this?
is the engine jdm? is the ecu usdm? if it is, there are a few sensors the jdm engine doesnt have and with the obd1 ecu it will not look for them. get the codes out of it and go from there.

i went to my friend's dad and ask him to scan the code for the check engine light instead of doing it myself. here is what it says:
P0108 (03) map sensor voltage high
P0453 evap FTPS high input
P0108 (03) map sensor voltage high
P0453 evap FTPS high input
