QUestion about DIY manifold

In this manifold, on runners 2 & 3. What size hole saw should be used to fishmouth the runners, when using 1.5" pipe?

to get the clean look that he did, measure the OD of the pipe you are working with and get that size hole saw

A hole saw/notcher cant make that cut perfectly becasue its on a bend. you could get it close by making 2 holesaw cuts, one from each side about 130* out, then grind to fit. Besides it might work slightly better if you dont make 2 and 3 come in at 90*.
