Oh yeah hold on let me <U>RECAP</U> the situation.

&gt; 1st or 2nd week of October: YOU place the order for my Spoon Cluster over the phone via CC. I inform you it will take a couple of days as I still had to take it out of the car.

&gt; In the meantime I have a problem with my CC company and cannot put the order through at the time due to that problem. I call you to let you know but as I find will be the norm I cannot reach you or get a call back.

&gt; 3rd or 4th week of October: About 2 weeks after the order is placed I finally get my new CC Machine and Try to charge your CC and it comes up denied. I call you a few times, leave messages and HT PM you, NOTHING no response.

I decide to post in your Vouch Post since you won't answer me back, Also call into your Bank and find that the card was called in Stolen and cancelled. I finally get an HT PM back from you that night (NEVER a call back though, and Many calls were made in the 4 month duration.)

Still no word as to whats going on so I Post yet again. I finally get a PM back and get the story of how NOW the card was stolen AND the thieves somehow took $1000 out of your acct via an ATM?? (They would have to know your PIN) and the Bank won't give you the money back so you have to sell some parts to get the money, Namely your ATS FD. Also in your post on the 23rd you mentioned selling it to someone else if I wanted which when we spoke via PM I said I didn't mind holding "AS LONG AS YOU WANT IT" you assured me that you want it you just have to get the money first.

Also at this time I am turning down other offers on the cluster as I am loyal to selling it to you after all of this. I am also out $30 due to UPS 2 Day shipping that I Originally was going to cover due to the 2 week wait from the CC machine problem.

I patiently wait for you to sell your ATS FD, meanwhile I hear from a few people that you are buying stuff on HT Classifieds yet you tell me that You Don't have the money for the Cluster I am Holding for you still...

AGAIN No answer to PM's calls etc.

&gt; Later that week: You Finally PM me and give me the story of how your ITR was stolen and now your just selling off the parts and that you DON't Want the Cluster. Normally I would feel bad for someone who lost their ITR as mine was stolen at one point in time, BUT you made no effort to contact me and I always had to push to get you to PM me back by posting in threads (NEVER Got a Call back on any Calls). Also if I was in your shoes and I had someone waiting on my money for a part for so long I would Pay for it and sell it myself if I don't need it after someone was nice enough to wait for me to get the funds.

You ask me if I think you should have to buy it and I PM that I think under the circumstances that you should. You decide not to Answer your PM's further.
