Saw a very sad sight today.
I hope it's nobody's on here but I saw a 2000'ish ITR black on the back of a flatbed today. And it was completely stripped. motor, trans?, bumpers front and back, lights all around and some interior from what i could see. very sad sight! So if it belongs to anyone on here you have my sympathy. I line in the Portland,OR Vancouver,WA area and it was just crossing the river into vancouver. F'ing thieves.

Regardless of what it is I've had enough. My cars have always been plundered for this and that. I've already had to deal with one car theft and it was just a 92' Accord Wagon with 17" Sparco Racing Pythons, some light N/A mods and a decent stereo. The cops found that one floating down the green river completely stripped. ******* asshat thieves
Everyone I know, who is a car person or not has had their car broken into or vandalized in one way or another while living in Seattle. It's just plain rediculous. Just standing by and being complacent all the time gets frustrating too because I know alot of you are with me when I say; that sometimes I'd like to bash the skull in of one of these punks with a ******* base ball bat.
What is irritating like the other post that came through here recently is that the cops aren't doing ****. Just looking for the main guys. On the brighter side...in Covington I know that the cops are starting to work with bait cars, so there's a start. But if we look at the over-all picture of what the cops from all the surrounding areas of Seattle are doing, it looks pretty damn depressing.
So instead of keeping people and their personal property safe, the people of King County forced into then taxed by their representatives and legislators into building two new ball parks (one for a team that hasn't gone to a World Series in a very long time
and one more for a team that hasn't seen a Superbowl in god knows how long
)and a god damn mono rail system that will more than likely be stretched to its capacity but never be enough. King County is a joke. The money of the people is being very poorly managed, spend and invested.
It is nice to be able to step back from Seattle per say and reflect. I'm very glad to be living in Hawaii (and I by all means don't mean this in a 'rubbing it in your face' kind of way). There was only around 800 cars stolen last year and most were taken for joy riding and just about every car is found, and just about every car was some old piece of ****. It's an Island. One that you can drive around in four hours. Where are you going to take the car? Sure as **** aren't road tripping to California.
Aloha,

dang, i know there are a few mysterious r's floating around portland and i am assuming it is one of those becaus the only one ive sean around vancouver is currently not running right now
Damn another R down for the count. I think police departments should start using these cars as bait cars. Just fix it up a little and add surveillance equipment and start catching some thieves.
You got to be kidding...I'm from Vancouver but live in Wyoming right now for school. My mom drives a PY ITR. I called her the other night after reading about all the WA ITR thefts to tell her not to drive it to the mall, movie theater, or any place where she is gonna leave it alone for a long period of time. What the **** has happened to WA.
If that black ITR that was seen on a flat bed was the one rolling around Vancouver it was ******* clean.
