Default White smoke and water coming out exhast with no water in oil

My car overheated when the heater hose broke and my gauge was not working so I didn't know it till it was to late. I have white smoke and water coming out of the tailpipe for about 10 minuter after I start the car but then stops, the car also runs very rough. I checked the radiator and it is losing water so I topped it off again then cranked back up got white smoke and water again. I checked oil dipstick and I don't see anything milky or level coming up just looks like oil. I don't know alot about engines but I am assuming this means the block is not cracked but the head gasket or head is toast. Should I just buy the head or get a whole new engine. I found a site that sells thermogasket catalyst that they say will fix blown heads for about 100.00 and I am seriously thinking about ordering it. Any recommendations?

how long has it been since you saw the white & water it might be not that bad if the head gasket is gone but my experience is if you over heat a honda aluminum block it's warped or what ever ,,i'd say head
