It may take another two weeks to get these online at SCCA.com but I received a copy of the final version of the Time Trial Rules from SCCA Club Racing which covers PDC, Club Trials, Track Trials, and Hillclimbs if anybody wants a copy. PM me if you do. I needed them for an upcoming event. I think they did a good job in reworking these programs.
