Okay, first off I have searched, and yes I have seen pics of the diffrent years of the S2000 but not next to each other. I keep hearing that the 04 model is diffrent from the 01 model. I plan on buying one in the next year or so to become my pride and joy. I do not know much about these beauties so I would like to see some pics of the diffrent models (bumper styles)with or without the OEM areo package side by side. Well I guess that would be above and bellow on this sight. Plus I saw a rear diffuser that wraped around the exhaust and I loved it, just curious who makes it. Anyone know what I am trying to explain? Thanks, here it is in the second pic:

first off.. that fiffuser is the j's diffuser.....

ap1 is 00-03 and ap2 is 04+

the differences.... apearance wise....
00-01 have a plastic rear window
02-03 have a glass rear window

ap2 have differn headlights, taillights, front and rear bumper, and wing....

other then these things.. they look the same...

and with those pictures you can notice the difference between the headlights and the taillights betwen the two....

ohhh and ap1 comes with 16 inch wheels and ap2 comes with 17 inch wheels

OEM or Mugen.

Or you could just be real cool and get the full Veilside kit. I hear it's so awesome.....That kit is so butt.

 

i'm not really into the body kit scene. i'm more of a clean lip guy

 

Thanks for all the info 03s2kblue, very informitive. I now can say my favorite year would be 02-03. Now just have to find one in whiteand get some money together.
