Cooling fan motor, bumper, and headlight removal
I need to remove a few parts from my 94 Accord. I need to examine the fan motor brushes and wanted to know if it is an easy removal procedure. It looks as if a few bolts hold it in place (Btw, I took the electrical connector off already). Q: Do I need to remove the fan blades to get the motor out, or will the blades clear the radiator plastic housing? Just looking to do the job as simply as possible.
I also need to remove the bumper to make a repair and then reinstall it. I also need to replace the headlight assembly. I have all the parts needed. I understand that in order to remove the headlight assembly the bumper needs to be removed first. Since I plan on taking off the bumper anyway, then that will not be a problem. What I do not know is whether I need to install the headlight assembly before I put the bumper on, or can I reinstall them in any order?

I have a Haynes and it doesn't say much about this. Anyway, I intend on getting a Helms, but until I order it and it arrives I just needed some quick info.
Any ideas about the fan motor removal by itself without having to take out the plastic framing/housing around it? ... (I need to examine the fan motor brushes).
