You'll need a philips head screwdriver, and a ½" drive with an extension and 19mm socket.
Look behind your steering wheel and locate the philips bolts holding your horn cover on. Take those off.
With that off you can see the 19mm nut. Turn the wheel CCW and lock it. Then take the socket and take the 19mm nut off. It could be really tight, it could be not so bad. I had to use my breaker bar.
Then install the new wheel. Tada.

On my crx, I just use a tiny flathead to carefully pry the H logo off the center of the wheel. Then I can put the 19mm on an extension down in the hole and take off the nut.

People say not to lock the wheel, but its almost necessary if you cant find a way to hold it still while you mank on the wrench to get the nut loose.

CCW = turning counter clockwise... like making a left turn with the wheel.

Well guys I just got done doing this yesterday and all I can say is...
THAT **** WAS EASY! 10 mins. On top of that, It made my car feels ALOT more FUN to DRIVE. The turnning was improve alot better than the OEM steering wheel.

Btw: It's MOMO all black and has a GOLD "H" on the horn. Is this JDM? It has 6 holes around it. I'll try to take some pics. and post up for yall to see.

Thanks AGAIN for the HELP guys!!
