Default Exhaust Piping Kits, Where to Buy?

Hey guys Ive got a Greddy Evo Muffler (Only the axle back section) And I am looking to buy the piping from the cat Back.

Id like to have mandrel bent Pipe so I dont really want to go to my local muffler shop. Anybody know any other places besides KTELLER.com. They have nice looking kits, but they are very proud of them. A stainless kit with a resonator is $330 :X

Also I searched but didnt see any conclusive answers. Its a stock d16z6 but I would like to build it in the future. Should I Go with 2.25" inch piping or 2.5". I know that the smaller is probably better now, but I dont want to have to buy another exhaust later. Will the larger pipe make that much of a negative difference until I complete more exhaust work?

you will be fine with the 2.25 unless you plan on running like 14 psi on the motor
