Endless brake pads - jdm knowledgable please.....
I have the opportunity to get some NA-R pads up front and CC-X pads in the rear.
Will this be a good or bad combo? Also, supposedly the ctr and itr share the same brake pad sizes?
I just want to make sure this is a good setup to run on an otherwise stock itr (as far as brakes and suspension go).

Are the NA-R's more race oriented then the CCX's? If so you might want to find out how long they take to warm up. My CCX's are allright when they are cold, but i'd be afraid to run anything that needs to be hoter.
Edit: This is on the street, if you are talking track, then i'd go for it.

Not a bad setup at all, NA-R are the Non asbestos series and are more race oriented than they are street, they should go well with the CC-x, Not sure how good they will be on the street though.
.....thanks Mike!
Do you have any specs on the NA-R? I found the cc-x and na-y and na-m specs at http://www.endless-sport.com/pad.htm.
Also, will I be able to run the ctr pads on my itr? Same pad sizes/ area/ thickness, etc?

They introduced a new pad at TAS. The CC-R is their latest and greatest. Operating temp of 0-800 C. Ken, you ought to consider the Pather Plus, too. Are you wanting a street/track setup or only street and how often do you want to replace rotors?

.....local seller is giving these to me at quite a savings.
I just want to make sure they'll suit my needs.
NA-R fronts
CC-X rears
For itr/ ctr.
Thanks everyone for the suggestions. It appears that one of the guys at A&J runs this combo on his dc2, so I'll see how I like it... This will be for street/ autox and maybe some mountain runs. I like rotor and wheel friendly pads (non-corrosive dust and not too harsh on rotors). I dunno if these are them or not... Oh well.
