Thermoswitch to match low-temp thermostat?

Thermoswitch to match low-temp thermostat?
I was under the impression radioshack sells a thermoswitch to match a low (lower then OE) thermostat, if so can anyone provide a link as I cannot find it on their site.

The only switches I am familar with are spoon and mugen. But if you can diy it at Radio Shack that would be awsome.
Have you read up on this? A couple people had mugen/spoon thermostat and switch on there cars an they were getting crappy gas mileage because the car would never warm up.
