integra rear speaker wiring question
I know this should probably go in the audio section but I need to know what wires are positive/negative for the rear speakers on a 95 GSR I am changing them out for new 6 1/2s thanks
When you take out the original speakers there is a harness for the speakers. If you want you can buy a harness to plug up to your original speakers.
If you want the color code for the rear speakers though I will give it to you later tonite.
If I remember

Maybe I'm misunderstanding this, but if you take the old speaker out you can see the polarity (+/-) written on the tabs the wires hook to. One of the wires (neg., I think) will probably have a colored stripe along it as well.

Ok, in a '95 GSR the polarity in the rear speakers are as follow:
On the right or passanger side: Red wire/yellow tracer is the (+)
Brown wire/white tracer is the (-)
On the left or driver side: Blue wire/yellow tracer is the (+)
Grey wire/white tracer is the (-)
If your factory speakers played before there have to be audio there, usless you messed up with the fader control.
Good luck!
