Default Difference between Si and VTEC exhausts

I'm sure it's been covered, searched but didn't quite find what I was looking for. Is the only difference in the exhausts between an Si and VTEC Prelude the length of the B-pipe? My worry is buying an RS-R ExMag exhaust made for a VTEC Prelude, and since it already fits so snugly, as seen here:

I wouldn't want to get it for my Si and have it sticking out any. But, since the B-pipe is behind the cat back, would it be replaced when buying a cat-back system? Anyone else encountered this problem? Surely someone with an Si has put on an RS*R.

Thanks, Chris

That prelude has a rear lip. They should all be exactly the same from 92-96

I believe the VTEC catalytic converter is slightly longer than the Si.....so, yes, the VTEC b-pipe of the cat-back portion is slightly SHORTER than the Si's.
