About to cut my IM for ITB's, have ??

Default About to cut my IM for ITB's, have ??

I am making a set of ITB's for a d16a6. I will be installing a jdm D15b head to the A6 block as well. My question is, Will I have problem cutting the intake runner close to the coolant passage? Can I even do this with this manifold?

Here are some pics:

I plan to cut where I made the black line.







They are 600 fi ITB's. Yes they are small, 38 mm but its for a D series.

What manifold are you using? I think that is a good spot to cut, PM RENORACING he has made some for a D series before
