i am moving out to california in march with a newly rebuilt 91 honda prelude si, i was wondering what upgrades i should pass on. i dont want to put on all these parts if when i get out to cali i am forced to take them off. so if there are any of you who live out in cali and know what i can and cant do please let me know.
