Default timing belts seals question

I am doing a timing belt change on my 94 accord LX-R, and am trying to prepare for it before hand. I have never done this on a Honda. I plan on changing the 4 seals, cam, crank, and both balancers seals. My question is how do you replace each of these. The helms manual doesn’t seem to say much about this step. I also have the retainer plate in case my car doesn’t have one yet.

Also, what is the best technique to set the engine at TDC?

Also, which directions do I turn the engine when I am tensioning the belts with the adjuster nut both loose and tight?

Thanks.

Be prepared for the crank pully to be a MF to ge off. Also read in the Helms manual in the engien tear down section it will tell you how to replac the seals.
