how much power/torque could i get thru the whole rev range just by installing (and tuning) apexi power fc and adjustable cam gears

 

it all depends on how well you can tune, i would guess 6hp, but what do i know

your best bet would be doing a Header, and intake, camgers for the same price, and make more power

But engine management would be nice, however i think that would be the last step because do you really want to have to tune after every part you install, i would rather install everything else i wanted to first, and do my engine management last, to save money, and time
