you should try looking at the kbb or autotrader in your area since pricing on this car is region specific for the most part

^^^^ I'm in agreement with this guy. I recently tried to sell my 04 and couldn't get any offers over 23k for it.
I'm a firm believer though that something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I've heard guys say they would've easily paid $40k for their S when they bought it new, that's how much they loved it.
P.S. Aside from using NADA (which couldn't give me a value for my 2004), Edmunds.com is also a popular way to get a vehicles value. KBB.com is OK, but not as good as NADA or Edmunds.

Are you serious? holy crap man that sucks...we've been offered anywhere from $27k-$29k for ours...bone stock from various people that were looking for a new one, because our dealerships dont get red ones EVER...one reason why we bought it.
But to speak on the initial subject of this post...its kinda hard to tell what a car's worth just based on mileage. There are so many factors that effect it...
- Has it been modified?
- Has it been in a northern salty road enviorment, or a sandy beach enviorment, or a normal dry enviorment?
- Has it been smoked in?
- Has it had animals in it?
- Condition of interior?
- Condition of exterior?
- Condition of wheels and tires?
- Condition of engine compartment?
- Condition of clutch?
- Condition of etc etc etc etc etc...
...you see where im going with this? You cant just walk up to someone, say "I have a 2000 model Honda S2000 with 20,000 miles on it, how much is it worth?" Also, are you living somewhere where a convertible would get much use? Are you gonna buy/sell it during winter months or spring months or summer months? Things as minut as the time of year you sell your car can make a difference of THOUSANDS of dollars...imagine the amount of people when the weather clears up and gets warm who will be YERNING for a drop top roadster sports car...now think of those same people who are sitting in 5' of snow thinking "I need a 4x4..." Its all about marketing, time frames and so many other variables.
