what should i look for? any tests i should do? any precautions? so far everything stock except for an aem cai and 16' rims tune up soon?

the 60k maintenance service should be done. Dealers charge about 380 for that.
Valve adjustment, new spark plugs........etc...

 

Yeah 60K service is pretty important! I think they also change coolant, brake, and tranny fluids. I think the fuel filter is also changed at 60K. Newayz the service is worth it. I have all of them done on my 99 GS.

Yeah, you should look at the car manual which tells you whatever needs to be done at specific miles.
