I recently did a d16z6 head on my d15b7. I put in a new water pump, timing belt, all new gaskets, and best of all ecu(this thing is unbelievable) I noticed it has a weird idling problem though. It will go from 1500rpm-about 800rpm and back and forth. Also, In the throttle body....there is a small hole in the wall of it....it looks as if it goes to the tps. From this hole there is a high pitched whistle. Can anyone give me a hand with this...Thanks in advance

I had a problem similar with the ideling, that hole in the throttle body leads beneath the throttle body into a sensor. I pulled off the throttle body and there was a bolt or a screw or something, cant remember that had just unscrewed itself. by screwing this back in it quit doing the weird idel. one way to check if this is the same problem is plug the hole with something for a minute and see if it stops. don't keep the hole pluged as a permanent fix because this will cause your car to run rich.
