Advice on motor build-up ?
Below are a list of current mods except the nitrous which i will be switching to either wet or direct port. I will be boosting by the end of this month so I'm building my motor (also, my compression test wasn't that good 
). I plan on boosting no more than 12 or 15 pounds, most likley 7-9 for daily driven.
I was thinking shot peening the rods since ther good for up to 400hp, or maybe stroking to 2.0 with the crower kit. Using ROSS PISTONS since I've heard by alot of racers that JE PISTONS aren't good for forced induction and that they melt, Arias pistons are good except they are pretty noisy for street use (stock compression btw). For the head I was gonna just match port the intake and exaust side. sound like a good idea ????
