i kno this is kinda weird, but does the b16 manifold sit lower like the gsr's. i'm going ls/vtec that's why i'm asking and yes, i can search but i'm just too damn lazy.

 

what head are you using? if you are using the gsr head use the gsr manifold and if you are using a b16 head use the b16 manifold.

 

sorry let me rephrase that.... does the throttle body sit lower... i'm wondering, so that i can put up my LS cai upf/s and maybe start looking for a gsr cai. thanks for the response though... and i'll be using a b16 head w/ manifold

the b16a throttle body will sit about the same as an ls, the gsr TB is i think the only one that dips down udner like that...

yeah the dual stage mani on the b18c's sit lower, and the pr3 heads with matching intake mani sit higher!

 

it don't matter. I'm currently using a LS AEM CAI on my GSR. Doesn't bolt up perfectly, but it sits right. (currently coverted to SRI due to rainy season)

 

how bout a gsr manifold... will that fit the b16 head?

 

I'm pretty sure the GSR manifold won't bolt up to the B16 head.

B18c5 manifold will, tho. I think.

 

yes..GSR and B16 are not interchangeable.

 

depends on what gsr u r talkin about ...lol. but yeah the b18c1 is different from the b17, b16, b18c5 head...
