Default spring/shock damper differences Right/Left JDM/USDM

got a set of JDM ITR shock/springs (not sure what year) i know how meticulously corner wieghted they are from the factory, so i assume there may be a difference in shock compression from right to left, and since the driver would be on the right as opposed to my LHD car i'm wondering if i should switch the right front to the left front and vis versa. if this has been covered (sorry) please post a link, i searched, but came up with nothing.

I dont think OE shocks/springs are corner weighted as there is no adjustability in them so it cant be done. theyre marked left and right so i would just fit them on the side theyre supposed to fgo on normally, regardless of whether your car is RHD or LHD
