I want some differnt colored headlights as I don't like the stock lights but don't want HID's and don't want it so colored that I will get a ticket for them. I don't want the vision to be drastically decreased with the bulbs. I would like them to last a while. I can't decide if I want Hyper White type bulbs or Yellow or Green bulbs. I want Green bulbs and have seen a few cars with them but I don't know if I would get a ticket or not they arnt really green but a hint of green. I have used the Eurolite Super Plasma bulbs and liked them and they were bright white but burnt out every couple months. A friend had some Eurolite Xenon Crystals and they lasted longer and looked great but they only lasted a year well not quite that long. My stock bulbs have lasted me 6+ years so I don't want some that burn out in 2 months again. Wondering what you guys use and reccomend and if you have any pictures.

 

I know some of you guys use diff bulbs than stock as when looking through the pics a fair amount of the cars have hyper whites. I don't know what are good ones and don't want to spend a few $100's testing differnt ones out so would like to hear which ones people like.

I do like the yellow bulbs just also not sure if I will get a ticket and or which are the best ones to get. I like the green the best just think they will probably get me a ticket not sure if they are legal or not but I would assume not. I like the blue also so not sure which ones I really want to get or if I just want to keep my bulbs I have now and spend money on something else.

Are the Eurodezigns on eBay any good? They claim to be street legal and safe to use with your stock wiring is this true? I don't really want to upgrade my wiring for 80watt bulbs and these don't say what wattage they are.

Ok. Sylvania Silverstars. Pretty much straight bright white, 30 bucks or so on eBay, reputable brand.

 

Search "bulbs" in the archives. I'm pretty sure you'll find what you're looking for.

 

I don't care if you guys laugh honestly. It's not my main car so it's not like I'm going down the road all the time with them on and I don't want the dull look of the stock headlights. I mainly want it for show although I will drive with them.

there are some on ebay that are dot legal. like 15-30$ i think depends on what brand

 

Ok I'm looking now last time I searched the Archive threads it wouldn't let me read but it seems I can read them now. I don't think I want the Silverstars as they don't really have any color to them I am most likely going to keep the stock bulbs just wondering which ones look the best and if I find some I lke I may change them.

 

All the search turned up was Silverstars or HID's I don't want to spend the money for HID's and the silverstars don't really have much color to them while I like white I would like some for this with some color.

They may be good I'm really not sure I have never seen them in person I will have to check them out. I probably will just leave my stock bulbs in I don't like how they look a whole lot and don't want to be a ricer not sure why I like these bulbs.

Yes sylvania silverstars are a good price for the whiteness! I'd say SS bulbs
