Those are OEM headlights with the corner lights not JDM 1 pieces. Usually you can find them for like 300-400 on ebay and brand new from passwordjdm you can get them for 550$.

not sure, it was like that when I bought it.....
i'm gonna be doing an eg conversion so i'm pretty sure that the holes are going away... but if not then i'de rather just leave them there for now instead of shaving the holes and re-cutting them....
