whining noise from engine bay when stepping on brakes....
I have a 98 Honda Civic and when I go step on the brakes, there is a somewhat of a whining or some kind of air noise coming from inside the engine I believe. The sound is really loud like there is some kind of air or something that is trapped somewhere and wants to be let out. I have changed both the master cylinder and also the brake booster and still does not help. This problem is intermitent and does not always do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All pads and shoes on brakes are also new. It is not a squeaking or grinding noise. Like I said it is more like some sort of noise caused by air or something and it sounds like really strong air to be making that loud of a noise.

As stated in my original post, booster and master cylinder at both Brand New and my braking performance is fine , just this loud annoying noise.
