I got 93 Prelude and I am looking for plastic front lip. Every site I visited the only got carbon faber ones. Can you guys help me find plastic ones? This is how my car looks....

 

I would go for an accord type r lip. There was a thread about it not long ago on superhonda.com and it looked awesome! You can search on ebay for type r lip and they cost like 9.95+$65 for shipping or something. Good luck!

i think a cf lip would look nasty(a good nasty)on your car...but that accord type r lip does look pretty nice, i found one on ebay....

 

i used a usdm accord lip and it looks a lot better then stock..only cost me like $15 too.

 

how much would it cost to get the lip painted? or would it be easy to DIY?

 

It would be an easy DIY to paint it yourself, however, paint matching to original color is very difficult because of aging. You can have paint made specially to the exact batch number that the car was made from, however, you have to think that after about 10yrs, paint fades a great deal, making it ******* hard to match. I tried it with my sideskirts and it didn't work out. I would take it to a shop, prime it yourself before hand, then have them paint it for like $50. Good luck!

 

I agree with going with an accord lip, like Type-R style. That's what I'll probably end up doing

Passwordjdm.com has them on there site, don't know how good that site is and how much they have in stock. 60 bucks, I've seen them on ebay for about $40 but rarely though.

Anyone ever buy from there.

*edit* nevermind, I thought you wanted a stock one I would go with an accord one. you could probly get one from the same site

It is from the 5th gen accord (94-97) and I will dig up pics soon
