Default What car for next track car?

I currently have a 1994 civic cx with b16 obd1 with suspension , gutted. etc.. its a good track car but im getting tired of towing the car to the track becuas its not street legal. I got the car free so it was just a project.. but i want to sell it /part it out and start all over again.

this time with a street legal car..
My options are another civic si not the latest model but maybe the model before

or an integra LS or gsr

or a miata (i really dont know much about miatas but they seem to be a pretty good track car and they are rear wheel drive which i kind of want to learn)

either way these are my 3 options so far and i will be turbo the car probably with a street legal kit like greddy so i can use it as a daily driver.. any recommendations??

im just tired of towng the car to the track the AM of the event. and loading it up etc..etc. i rather just drive the car the night before and not have to hassel with all that stuff thanks for any input

please people with actually experience with these cars experienced road racers.

the new car will be used for hpde events and daily driver

Seriously, keep the one you have and have fun with it. You may think that it's not worth the trouble with the "trailering" thing, but let me tell you it is. The second you have an "off" and you can't drive the car home, you can just put it on the trailer and say "oh well, I'll deal with it tomorrow". When it's your transportation home, your really up **** creek without a paddle!

It will only take one big off to make you LOVE trailering the car. I think most of us have been there, and will attest. I know I have!

id probably have to buy a new trailer though becuase im using a tow dolley now.. so if i jacked up my rear part of the car.. im not sure if i would even be able to tow it.

im still dealing with the camber issues on my car.. (pos camber) i think the car frame is tweaked becuase my alignment was kind of off before i did the brake swap i think..

i bought some camber kits so when i install that hopefully i can fix the camber issue..

Unfortunately, chances are that you will. That's why you really want a trailered track car if you are in the position to afford it!
