what do you mean?

tires matter because if you use normal street tires chances are youre not going to grip so your 60' is going to suffer, which is in turn going to make your whole time suffer, your driving skills matter because if you dont shift at the optimal times, the time will be slower.

yea i've got to go with everyone else... the times are varied prolly by a couple a seconds determining if u even know how to drive what u have and what shape ur car is in (weight, and other such thing)
