Default Car wont go into any gear with the motor running, cant start car while in a gear, help

I was driving home and I felt something really odd when I put the car into fourth gear. I then realized after trying to downshift comming into a stop light I could not put the car into any gear. On the drive to work I had noticed a very slight pop when I slowly accelerated from a stop. I am fairly confused as to what to do since I did not hear/feel any symtoms from a bad throw out bearing, and I don't grind gears or try to race my car all over town. I can also easily shift all the gears in my transmission when the car is off. If i try to start the car in gear the cars tries to lurch foward. After searching I read that the springs in the clutch could of broken, or my pilot bearing may have broken. Some other things to know, I had firm petel feel, plenty of fluid, and the clutch would engage smoothly up until tonight. I have recently replaced the clutch and throwout bearing(10k miles). Any input on this would be appreciated.

I don't think it is the master cylinder since when I push in the clutch pedal I can see the clutch fork move.

3rd-gen integra? The fork should move about 12mm back & forth. IF that's ok, then pull the tranny & look for something broke inside the bellhousing.

Pull the tranny is right. Thats a clutch problem, disc most probably.

Its something inside the housing, I am thinking it is not the actual clutch tho. I removed the starter motor, and when i press the clutch in the pressure plate only moves about 1mm at the most, not enough to free the clutch from the fly wheel. The fork however moves about 12mm. I am for now going to assume its the throwout bearing, or somehow the fork got bent. I will remove the tranny on monday and get a better idea. I'll probably do a write up for a fast clutch install since I know the one in those haynes manuals are shitty as all hell.

Write-ups are always good, if I ever get my car back from the shop I was thinking about doing one if I manage to get my clutch/flywheel in the right way.

quickly take the hydraulic lever out and take a peek inside the case, you can prolly see if anything is busted
