FS Complete D series turbo kit and B series mani
alright this is a complete kit off of my Single cam WILL NOT WORK WITH AC for single cam use-
it has been partially converted over to B series but nothing has changed only added bseries manifold and Front mount intercooler- AC WILL WORK
Kit comes with
Garrett T3 turbo with oil lines and internal waste gate at 9psi
HKS D series manifold cast iron comes with csutomflange to fit T3
Rev Hard B series manifold cast Iron directly bolts to turbo
Top Fuel turbo piping(alumium) modifyed to fit with side mount intercooler
DSM side mount intercooler modifyed to fit civic
Greddy Type S blow off valve flange welded to pipe- already
all vacum hoses needed for boost gauge,blow off and FMU
Vortech FMU (fuel management unit)hoses included
custom downpipe WITH flexpipe included- fits the d series too short for b series easily cut and reweld for b series app - the pipe was welded all the way back to the exaust so it has no flange to bolt up to cat- would have to be modifyed simple at muffler shop-
RC 370cc Injectors-
Greddy Turbo timer (black) with harness-
Auto meter Boost/ air fuel gauges and A pillar
Greddy Silicone pipe sleves
Front Mount Intercooler not sure dimensions u can get an idea from pics
all the piping will have to be redone to run front mount again not to hard-
Y8 (96-98)aluminum civic ex oil pan tapped for turbo (does not fit any other motor ONLY the 96-98 EX vtec motor
turbo was BAD *** on all my single cams was getting it ready for B series but am kinda afraid of messing up a b series motor haha lol
I will include ALLLLLLL parts stated above-
1500 firm for everything
1250 FIrm without B series parts-
200 for Front mount intercooler
50 for rev hard b series manifold
