I just parked my car in front of my garage where I could see where they were aimed. Then all you gotta do is take a phillips head screwdriver and turn the little vertical adjustment screw/gear until you get them where you want.

If you have a helms, it tells you how to do it.

 

theres also a screw you can adjust for left and right .............
