Got a 99 ls fuel rail to use on my aebs manifold and im having some trouble with the crush washer placement. Its spraying out fuel from the fuel rail end whenever I prime the fuel pump. Also it seems as if my stock DX fuel line might be a bit small for this rail. It worked fine for the obd0 b16 fuel rail. The ls rail I got had a washer with like 4 teeth on it that I removed and lost and I tried using thse brass crush washers and it still sprays out. What should I do? Order a fuel line for a 94 del sol vtec???

 

Did you install the parts onto the rail in this order: fuel line, washer, 22mm nut?

If so, try flipping the crush washer around. If it still leaks get the correct parts from the dealer.

I would check the washers. I have the same intake and im using a ls fuel rail and a stock crx fuel line and it works fine.
