Default P28 or Chipped 0BD2 ECU with VAFC2 - Confused !

I just received my VAFC2 3 days ago.

My R has the usual I/H/E with stock internals. Currently im using a Kenji P28 ECU. A friend of mine just sold his 98 JDM R which had a chipped OBD2 ecu and was with the car when it was imported from Japan. This car also had I/H/E. He offered me this ecu.

Im slightly confused which one to use. Which will be the best to be used with VAFC2 ?

If you already have the chipped P28, I would personally just sell or return the V-AFC, download Uberdata, and put the money from the V-AFC towards a chip burner and some dyno time.
