EDIT: Just got my car inspected, here's the sheet they use to check cars in the UK. As you can see it's more of a safety inspection than anything else, they could give a damn about "fifty state legal" lol... As long as it's safe and the car passes emissions, you're good. All I had to do was adjust my headlights, 'cause I'm on the opposite side of the road now
