Default what u guys think of this...

for all you welders, what u think of this bad boy, this is for mild fab work, exhausts, and ur usual garage stuff....problem its a 120v cuz thats all i have in the garage...

you say that you only have a 120 line in your garage but the description says this machine needs a 230 line. basically anything that hobart, lincoln, and miller make will be a good product. not everything, but most things. any 100 level mig will do minor fab work. i just wouldnt weld a frame together with it, although it could be done with the right skill

Hobart is now owned and operated by miller from what i know. They are almost identical as far as Miller 175-Hobart 175 etc...
I have a hobart 135 and it's awesome! I've used it a ton and never had a problem with it. Cant beat hobart for under $500 mig setup.

They're nice machines. I've used them MANY times on the job...and if I were buying, I'd take one over a Miller...mainly because I have never had problems with one, and it's cheaper than a Miller. Granted, the Miller ones are not bad, but why pay more for the name?
