will it work for a b20 vtec? what is standard for the vtec engaging? i am new to vtec i have been ls for as long as i had a car.

I can get u a p28 obd1 ecu socketed
and u can get the chip custom by someone to the specs of the motor for like 50 bucks or less
let me know I am looking for 150 for it
