on the northside of houston a couple days ago. A friend [i picked out the car for him] needs some help. I'm guessing they used the ol' screw driver method on the ignition, and when they didn't get any results, used the crowbar they used to break the window to pry the ignition selonoid apart. He claims all the right wiring is still ok, but he is lost otherwise and I'm in austin for at least a couple more weeks before I can help him. Any idea what parts he's going to need? He's on the completely broke bugdet so i told him to start looking for one in a yard to take some peices off of. He's really bummed, just got back from the army too. Any ideas how much it would cost at honda? I was thinking if the electrical is ok it might not be too* bad cost wise. Insurance help isn't an option. Needs car to get a job he NEEDS! Thanks!

 

i guess just try to find him an ignition from a junkyard or something......

connect the wires....

not much other advice....but honda will probably charge an assload for that ignition.....
