NO.....Hot bodies is significantly louder then D&D. I mean extremly noticable. If you have never heard one dont just assume D&D is, it isnt. Look at the decibel tests, im sure someone has the link when they tested them.

Ive seen them (decibal tests) but not with hot bodies....aparently its the loudest, i don't know how you could ride a bike that was louded than a D&D pipe, i mean on the highway with a D&D you are damn near deaf....something twice that loud would drive me insane,...
Are we talking about just slip on or the full system. Cause my full Yosh system is pretty fooking loud. Only my bud's RC51 is louder. And his is a Yosh too!

well on my 900RR i have a D&D slip on that was in pore condition with some deep scratches on the end that bolts. so i removed the rivets, cut off about 1/3 of the pipe and sanded all of the scratches out followed by re polishing the pipe LOOKS LIKE NEW! the pipe wasn't that loud, a friend of mine with a SS Yosh slip on 02' 750 was about the same db. The reason why is because the stock header has resonators in it. So i'm in the process of polishing my frame so with my pipe off i took out about 1/2 of the packing. with no muf its loud but not quite ear bleeding. im hoping to get the right right volum now...

I have a full muzzy SS system on my ZX7 and at 8000rpms and up I cant hear by boys F3 with D&D pipe. But at idle and low rpms the D&D is much louder than my muzzy.
Generally speaking...would a full system be louder or quiter than just a pipe? Or would it not matter?
