Well I finally got around to painting my wheels and getting a OEM front lip. Here are some crappy pics. Hopefully I'll be taking some more soon.....

So howd you paint them? Powercoat, or just wheel-paint? Did you scuff them down first? This will add some tech

i have been thinking about getting my stock wheels painted gunmetal....
did you paint the wheels with a rattle can, or did a body shop paint them?

I used 400 grit on a DA sander and a red scuff pad to get them scratched up a little. Then I painted them with automotive base and clear. They are Berlina Black just like the car. I repainted my front bumper due to all of the rock chips and sprayed the wheels at the same time.
sobamas2k, I really don't like the smoked or clear corners I'm just gonna leave them stock.
cmdr430, If you wanna paint your wheels just give me call and I can do it for you. I have some extra clear left over. I've been painting cars since I was 16 so this was nothing.......
