Default Differences between B Series VTEC and NONVTEC oil pans?

I have a B20 and I can get a hold of a B16 pan for cheap, I was wondering if I could swap em out and get the return line and oil temp bung welded in? Or are they not interchangeable? Will the LS pan fit the B20 pan? tia,

Blaze
