parting out a 95 LS and i was wondering how much i'd have to pay someone to come pick up whatevers left when i'm done. i'm gonna be taking the suspension/wheels off... so how do they take it away?

depends on how much its stripped. some places may not charge you anything, i wouldn't think more than $100 if anything close to that. Not sure how it is in ca, but in CT you need the title to get rid of the car.

 

here in WA i know people that will pay you for that sort of thing

 

Call your local savage yard, sometimes they'll come and get it for you at no cost.Here in tennessee they'll come get it and give you some cash for it.

 

the only and best thing u can do is call different salvage yards. they are the guys to talk to not us... maybe ull get lucky and get a bit for the scrap metel!

 

When i parted my integra after it was totaled, i called the local junkyard and told them i wanted to get rid of the car. The just asked me if it had a motor which there was no way i was going to leave my b20 vtec in it, and the simply said ok well u are goin to have to pay $40 for us to come get it. My car was completly stripped i had changed otu th suspension, took all interior. O yeah and they do ask for the pink slip.

 

50 bucks
