Alright this happend about 2 weeks ago... Came out it was below zero car wouldn't start. Put a can of heet in there assuming the gas lines were frozen tried again no start. Now i'm back from school and car still won't start. It will kinda of start and then chug like your going up a roller coaster and die. Im running an open downpipe on an h23 turbo could the afc have something to do with it or the ecu. I don't know im lost.

 

alright went to start it again and car turns over great but no chugging this time. So its like there is no fuel so what are some steps that i can take from here? thanks.
