I don't believe anyone is allowed to say, because helms manuals' addresses cannot be posted online here. Just FYI, maybe expect a PM or something. Chiltons might have it, and those are only like $20 at checkers/schmucks/kragen.

you can have an engine swap, they just can't know about it. i passed the visual. but my egr isn't hooked up so i fail parts of it. also i have the si rear brakes your looking for and some r1 coil over still in the box if you are interested.

That is a false statement. I know of a guy on here (forgot his username sorry) who owns a 88 or 89 hatch with a '97 GS-R motor in it and he acquired the STICKER to run smogs at ANY smog station in CA.

I have one of those stickers you're talking about
There's a lot of members on this board that have them (Wes V, APEX CRX, etc)
It's really not that hard. You jsut have to have the motor hooked up like it was in the car it came out of. In my case, my B18C1 is wired up obd1, running a p72, just like it would be in a 1995 GSR. I passed with flying colors and now I can get it smogged at any shop hassle free.
feel free to let me know if you have any questions regarding the BAR certification process.
